Group Somatic Classes

Virtual sessions every other Wednesday, 9-10 am PST (48-hour replay) | $22/class

This gets to be your safe space to bring it all and not have to share a word.

In group sessions, everyone will be facilitated into a process together; there's no conversing or in-depth sharing.

These sessions are ultimately a body meditation — but you're not sitting stagnant.

There will always be some culmination of meditative-like guidance, movement, sounding, breathwork, and self-touch or holding, as you heighten your awareness to every little sensation in your body and tune into any messages available. There will be time at the end to internally integrate and rest with what arises, and space for optional short shares or questions.

Make sure you have the privacy you need to feel comfortable dropping in, and wear comfortable clothing, maybe layers, and have a little space to move.

This is virtual and will be held via Zoom. You're expected to keep your camera on, at least as you begin, but you will be muted aside from invitational, optional short shares.

This class is recorded. The replay will be emailed to those registered, and access will last 48 hours. Only Abby’s screen will be recorded. If you decide to share or speak, your voice will be recorded, but not your face.

These sessions are complementary to 1:1 work, whether you are already seeing Abby, or another therapist or coach, and can also be done on their own.

This is a restorative and ritualistic space to drop into the well of wisdom within, and process and be with the beauty, chaos, magic, and overwhelm of life.

A 6-week nervous system reset to slow down and start savoring your life and body as a woman.

Life is a lot – even when it’s good.

We all have those shadows, stories, patterns, and feelings we struggle to shake — but they aren’t in our heads, they’re in our bodies.

Your nervous system is a time capsule, and it holds layers of personal, ancestral, cultural, and collective imprints — and it all dictates your unconscious behavior, patterns, and felt-sense experience of life on a day-to-day basis.

It’s dictating the way you cope with stress and chaos.

It's dictating how much safety, trust, and ease you feel.

It’s dictating your relationship dynamics.

And it’s dictating how much pleasure, peace, and joy you feel.

Maybe you’re always tired, stressed, or your mind won’t stop racing. Maybe you freeze in conflict and lose your voice — or anger overtakes you. Maybe you’re obsessed with healing, your work, or the life you’re trying to create — always chasing the next thing. And maybe you aren’t nearly as present as you’d like to admit with either your children, partner, or loved ones, or when you’re simply trying to relax or enjoy yourself.

Opening Content

Setting the foundation.

Session #1: Mother Thyself

The divine feminine and the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest).

Filling your cup, self-love, and building your capacity for stillness, rest, and slowing down.

Session #2: Your FIRE

The dark feminine and the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight).

Your vitality, passion, and drive + building your capacity for anger, conflict, chaos, and stress.

Session #3: Sensuality and Pleasure

Pleasure-centered living, erotic innocence, and sensitizing yourself to your body and senses.

Session #4: Freeing Your Voice

Communication + the liberation of voice, and the actual therapeutic benefits of sound.

Session #4: Taking Flight

A full practice session bringing it all full circle, navigating how to make it your own.

Session #5: Integration

Setting you up to embody and carry everything forward into every ounce of life.

Once you register, you will get instant access to the opening content, which will set the foundation and orient you to all — this will include a 45-minute opening ceremony and full logistical orientation as well. From there, there is a link to ‘click start’ which begins the six weeks of weekly videos delivered to your inbox.

After the final session, you will also receive a few additional emails to fully ground in your integration and set you up to thrive moving forward.

Life was never going to be perfect, but we were never taught how to hold the reality of all of it — the beauty, the pressure, the chaos, the heartbreak, and magic.

Hi, I’m Abby, not only a bodyworker, but a somatic practitioner and educator, ceremonialist, and magic maker.

I’ve worked with and held space for women for the past 15 years, hearing hundreds of women unfurl in circles, retreats, and one-on-one spaces. I’ve shed a lot of tears myself in these spaces, and in witness. But not in despair. When those shares and stories are held in sacred space, and those tears roll down our cheeks in sacred space — it’s simply sacred to feel.

It’s not about fixing or undoing. It’s about the importance of creating space and being with what is.

I’m a space holder and a bodyworker who's worked particularly with the womb, pelvis, and nervous system for 15 years, and I have a background in shamanics, energetics, and a degree in women’s studies.

There is space that needs to be held.

And there is action to be taken.

There are preventive measures to avoid repeating our self-sabotaging loops or finding ourselves in the same distressing situations again and again. And it’s not just about mindset and willpower, or karma, astrology, and managing our energetic field. It’s physical, visceral, and primal.

The Embodied Woman is the bridge between it all.

You will commune with the essence of the woman within, but also with your body and the reality you inhabit.

You are not just of the divine or your heart; your time is finite in this animal body, and life is fleeting as you know it.
